If people is a bit skeptical to the claim that I have been able to assemble something that actually runs, I now can offer some proof.

The strange whisteling sound has thankfully disappeared after some more breaking in.
A small step for the hobby, a great step for this hobbyist!

  1. Hi!
Thanks for the kind comment in my O-scale “newbee” blog.
I have read your site and blog “now and then”. And followed the devolopment of this charming narrow guage engine.

Seams that nswl gearboxes makes a good alternative.

  3. It´s not much of a point to miss, really.
The title is just to underline the fact that my engine finally has “come to life” after a long period as a static model.

Unfortunately, progress has been close to zero lately, but I hope that will soon change.
